GOOFORDIAN – REAL !! REALLY REAL! News Briefs

Doc says yes on picking boogies Top Austrian lung specialist Prof. Dr. Friedrich Bischinger, says that picking your nose and eating it is one of the better things you can do for your body. “With the finger you can get to places you just can’t reach with a handkerchief, keeping your nose far cleaner.
And eating the dry remains of what you pull out is a great way of strengthening the body’s immune system.” Bischinger says society should adopt a new view on nose picking and encourage children to take it up.

Four-eared German kitten adopted

A German animal shelter was flooded with requests to adopt Lilly, a black and white house cat who was born with four ears because of a genetic defect. Lilly is being adopted by a normal family, as the shelter directors wanted to make sure Lilly would be treated like any other cat, and not a gag or oddity. The two additional ears, directly behind her two normally placed ears, are not functional. Lilly can hear normally from the two front ears.
German man demands a little too much from government

In March, a court in Ansbach, Germany ruled against an unemployed man after requesting a bit too much from the government. When the man’s wife visited her native Thailand and was unable to fund the trip home to Germany, he asked the government to pay her travel expenses. The government summarily refused his request. Since they would not pay for his wife’s return, he requested the government pay him enough for four monthly visits to a prostitute, as well as a stipend for condoms, pornography, and an appliance for masturbatory aid.
Four-year-old victim of drive-by porning

Catherine Carlton, daughter of Andrea Carlton of Detroit, was witness to pornography running in a vehicle DVD player in front of her mother’s car. As more Americans buy cars with built in DVD players, the prevalence of X-rated videos in vehicles is rising. DVD screens in cars are increasing in size – up to 13 inches in some cars. Drivers showing pornography videos in their cars could face fines or even prison sentences, depending on the jurisdiction in which they are parked or driving.
