Kelly-Cheyenne Hill, a senior at Guilford College, will be opening her first one-woman photographic exhibit, influenced by religious paintings, at Guilford College on Thursday, November 19. An opening night reception will be held at 7 p.m. As well as showing some of her work in the present student art show, Cheyenne has just received notification that she has been selected to exhibit one of her photographs at the Durham Art Guild Show, a prestigious honor. The Art Guild show begins November 7.
A student held in high regard not only by Maia Dery, her instructor in photography, but also the President of Guilford College, Kent John Chabotar, Cheyenne is committed to promoting a greater understanding and interest in art through her work and interpretations.
For further information please feel free to contact Ms. Dery or you may contact Cheyenne at 316-3634.
I believe a profile about her work and dedication would be of great interest to your readers. Thank you for your consideration.
