More than 800 dead as tribal tensions escalate in Kenya
Sporadic violence and protests broke out in Kenya upon the re-election of President Mwai Kibaki, who defeated Raila Odinga in a rigged election. According to the Daily Nation, a newspaper based in Nairobi, over 800 Kenyans have already lost their lives, while about 255,000 people have been displaced from their homes.
