Aileen Wuornos

I only now read an article about Aileen Wuornos
in your emag, from a few months back.
When I saw “Monster”, I knew a poor woman had
been put to death for trying to survive.
Today I saw the two documentaries by Nick
Broomfield. I saw the real Aileen Wuornos. She is what I thought, a woman who fought
back to stay alive. Yes, she killed those men.
There are people who would say the men were the
murderers. The first man she killed was a
killer. The others were raping creeps who should have been stopped.
Some people might say the poor woman was
abused early in life and was so scarred that
she abused others to stay alive.
She was a sad human being and I don’t like
that my state of Florida killed her. If she
were still alive I would write to her and tell
her I understand her.
